My primary alias has been changed to an unrecognized email

Recently on October 22th I got a notification from my email telling me the following:

I think I have been hacked because the email that is has been changed to I do not recognize at all. I tried logging into my xbox account and its shows the same email. I clicked the first link and it allowed me to change my password but when I tried step 2 it tells me that We couldn't find an account with that username. Try another, or get a new Microsoft account. When I try other websites such as logging into the epic games website with my email it tell me that this email doesn't exist. I have no idea how to fix this problem. Any help please?

I changed my primary alias from (My Email) to x*******@aoni.cool.

If you make this change, you do not need to take other actions.

If you have not made this change, please follow these steps:
1. Reset your password by going to https://account.live.com/password/Reset
2. Change your primary alias by going to https://account.live.com/
