Hi my name is Lilian,I 18 years but my account is dated in 1999 , I would like to be part of the Preview Program but i have a child account, that i created accidentally and has 2 years old. Please help me to join Preview Pogram my gamertag

I'm in the same boat with you. I've tried everything. Did you try posting on the preview program forums? That is where you should post if you have problems with not receiving the invite.

are you waiting for an invite to arrive or are you waiting for a service message from the preview team? Being invited by someone does not guarantee that you will be selected for the program - if you are not selected you would not receive a message.
