    I bought a prepaid code from a store, and redeemed it to my xbox one, it shows that I have no currency. But if I go to the Xbox 360 it shows that I do.

    Prepaid codes for Xbox content will work on both the Xbox One and the Xbox 360. You can continue purchasing the prepaid Gold membership codes as you have been, to use them on your Xbox One.

    Prepaid xbox live code doesn't work

    I bought a prepaid xbox live code recently, but when I redeemed the code, it said that something went wrong from XBOX's side and that I should wait a moment to see if it works again. What do I do?!

    they are having sevice issues, i cannot purchase anything unless i use my credit card because my currency is not showing, hopefully this will be fixed soon because its been like this all day.
