My prepaid card didn't work.

if you have a prepaid card on the account and support notices that you have a credit card on file that somehow got attached to your credit card -- they'll remove your cc but they have to cancel your subscription first. I had one rep who didn't give me my
time back from my prepaid card after I removed my card and I was furious...called back and got another prepaid card from a supervisor for my remaining time left.

Yeah? What about my debit card? I know some prepaid cards won't work here, but my debit card should. It's not working.

The other issue about the prepaid code not working is occurring because my account is suspended. I was set up for auto pay, but the card doesn't exist anymore. I didn't bother updating that stuff because I knew Id buy the prepaid code, but I didn't know
it would suspend me. That should be easy enough to fix, yea?

same issue, my account has no holds, my last subscription was paid for with my debit card and now I just got a prepaid card from someone who didn't need it. My previous subscription expired yesterday and it's not letting me punch in my code on the prepaid
card. XBL is currently up and running and like I said before, my account is completely fine, but it wont let me redeem the card.
