My preorder says owned, but disappeared from my library.

I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

Hi I ordered vanguard back in August and it all went through, I had it pre-installed but got an email two days ago saying it has been declined and it has disappeared from my owned games, it's still in my library but it says 'to play this game you have to buy it' I am very upset about this as it's out to play tomorrow

I preordered call of duty Cold War and it was working fine until last night and now when I try to open it it says “to play this, you’ll need to buy it” and in my full library it doesn’t show up but in the store it says I own it

I am having the same issue with two games I owned and not showing in my library. They disappeared after setting my new Xbox series x from having an Xbox one. All apps and store are fully updated.

We double checked my friends preorder was not canceled or anything like that they are able to play the game right now but it doesn’t appear in my owned games or full library
