    hey there xbox ! I would like to know why my 12 month pre-paid card has disappeared??? ive had it for only 3months.....

    PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS HAPPENING TO ME!!!!!!!!

    i do not have a credit card ,,

    Yes buy pre-paid cards from a game shop or similar retailer.

    There are two types,xbox credits and gold membership cards, be sure you get the right one.

    Pre-paid card credits can not be used to buy gold time.

    What do you mean its missing? Didnt you redeem it on the day you bought it? It still shows your account as gold.

    litrally gone I got n email from xboxlive saying something about a renewal then I went on line live and the 12 month redeem code I put in has disappeared and changed to xbox live free MY PRE-PAID CARD I BROUGHT FROM A SHOP HAS DISSAPPEARED :(

    Any billing issues can only be fixed by phone support.
