my pre-paid 12 months

hi there i am wondering if anyone can help me please my pre-paid 12 months xbox live code wont work for me.I have contacted the support team but ive exhasted everything with them /So its been sent to the ADVOCACY TEAM.and my live runs out the 17th May

Still suspended

It says my 12 month pre-paid subcription is suspended. It was added to my account just before it got suspended for the debit card expiary and the pre paid ended in 2010. I had only used a month of it when it was banned. How do i sort this

They do investigations for these types of situations and they are the
