My pre ordered punch card is not showing purchases

I have pre ordered 4 of the games on the list and its only showing 3. But but it says i have only 1 punch earned.

hi i pre ordered assassin creed gold edition but it s not showing up on my pre order punch card.

I pre-ordered Halo Wars 2 back in December, but it's not showing up on my punch card as having it pre-ordered. Can this be updated?

Since only one of your pre-orders were made during the offer period, you have only been awarded one punch. Only pre-orders made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. However, I can confirm your recent eligible purchase is not being marked
correctly as "You pre-ordered". We will alert our web team to this issue, but this will not affect Rewarding.
