My pre-ordered game never had my payment deducted from my account?

If you pre-ordered with a credit card/Paypal, you'll be charged within 10 days of the games release.

I had a e-mail from Game saying that my pre order for GOW3 might not be shipped due to the "epic number of pre orders recieved".They may take payment early from me but the game itself may not turn up on time!

Yeah right Game,cancelled my order and have taken my custom elsewhere.

Pre-order funds are now deducted from your account 10 days or less prior to the game’s release date, not when the order is made.

When you pre-order with a credit/debit or paypal, Microsoft will run a test charge to see if your payment details are valid. This payment does not go all the way through. Only once the game is about 10 days from release does the actual charge to your payment instrument go all the way through. The only time the amount is fully deducted at the time of pre-order is when using you Microsoft account balance. If you used a credit/debit/paypal to pre-order, then you weren't actually charged in March. It would only be trying to charge the full amount this week as the game is almost out.

No, I can't find anything as I would also never pre-order a game. Also in my full payment overview (made payments/ futuristic payments) I can't find anything regarding the €49,99
