    My Pre-Order Punchcard


    Last quarter I had two games showing up on my punchcard so I pre-ordered Resident Evil 7 to fill the third slot. The FAQ said I won't get the reward points until the third game is released. But am I going to get confirmation that my punchcard is filled and
    I have qualified for the promotion?

    I pre-order Dragon Ball Fighters Z on January 24, my punchcard is not showing the pre-order yet.

    Hi Notanewb2010. Smwutches is correct. Your pre-order went towards the Games on Demand Pre-Order punchcard. Since the punchcard wasn't completed, you did not get awarded.

    Hello Strangelove42,

    Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for that offer. The body of that mission page is only to show you which titles you own already. The punchcard at the top of the page shown in the pictures you provide with the 1 - 2 - 3 is the record
    of your qualifying purchases. As you can see, you did not have any punches since your purchases were not made within the offer period and did not qualify.

    Your purchase of Resident Evil did qualify, but since that game releases after the punchcard is over, users will not receive a punch for that offer until 96 hours after that game releases. However, as mentioned previously, since you did not have any other
    qualifying purchases, this would only be one of the three required purchases to complete the offer.

    Did you pre-order before the punchcard was available? If so, the purchase wouldn't count towards the punchcard.

    If you pre-ordered before the punchcard, it won't count. The purchase only counts after you activate the punchcard.

    problem getting the Microsoft rewards points for STRANGER OF PARADISE FINAL FANTASY ORIGIN , its only showing green as activate punch card, not getting the +6000 points to my account.

    Check the dates on the punchcard. If you pre-ordered before the punchcard became available, it would not be eligible. If you pre-ordered after, you'll want to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the rewards site.

    Hi MUDGATTOR. For the current Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, we see that you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed Origins. This punchcard began October 1. For the past Games on Demand Pre-Order offer, you pre-ordered Shadow of War and
    Agents of Mayhem. This punchcard ran from July 1 to September 30. Since you only had two of the three punches, you did not complete the offer. To complete the current punchcard, you'll need to purchase 2 more qualifying titles.
