My Pre-order hasn't given me my money back after refunded the pre-order.

When did you cancel the pre-order? If you paid with a credit/debit card or paypal the funds are not taken out until 10 days before release date. at the time of pre-order, it just runs a check to see if sufficient funds are available but doesn't actually process the fee yet.

The bank is entitled to refund within 30 days. But it usually takes 3 to 14 business days.

If they do end up cancelling the pre-orders for this because of the pricing error, would I get my money back or given £9.90 as credit on the HMV website instead?

I requested a refund for a pre order yesterday. So will i definitely get my money back within 2-7 days? It cost me £80

I also pre-ordered Call of duty Modern Warefare and ended up unistalling it after the money had been taken from my bank as it was trying to install on my xbox internal hardrive instead of my external, so I ended up not having the space for it to start
off with. I sooke to someone on xbox customer services and they was very helped and gave me a refund for the £59.99 I paid for it, I ended up finding it cheaper at £49.99 on amazon so placed a pre order for it again on a different website as it would not let
me re install the original pre order I placed. I suggest you go back to custoner services after double checking that you have been charged for the pre order, and say that you have not recieved a refund and they should be able to process one for you. Good luck
