    I need help .. I was playing moncraft and my power went out it deletes my world I tried to get it back but I can't I made the server about 5 to 6 hours ago .. I really need it back please help..

    yea i got the same thing and when i went to download my profile after deleting it. it says cannot download profiles at this time, so now i cannot play solo now cause all my stuff got deleted and all my connections are good i dont know what to do. anyone

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason for the action as well as open a case review with the PET
    or open the email sent to the one used to create your Gamertag
