My power went out and my Vbucks is gone, what can I do?

I am very sorry that you are going through this problem, I totally do not know the cause of this problem since if there is a power outage, and then it comes back this should not affect your account at all, so perhaps the problem goes beyond just an outage of light. I invite you to log out of your account and then log back in, check how many Vbucks you have and if it still shows that you have 100, I recommend you contact the game developer so they can give you better help.

i downloaded it straight from epic games ive done this whole thing before went on my xbox bought the vbucks went back on to pc and they were there but you know since my xbox live is gone i abit worried about buying it off the xbox store and not having
the vbucks

I have a question, I got two vbuck cards for christmas and i used one but then the other one i was in the middle of typing the code, and my phone died i went back to the website and my code was gone how do i get the code back

When i bought my vbucks i used a xbox gift card to buy the vbucks the money went through and after that it said purchase pending it was pending for a long time then it shows a purchase error and i cant remember what it said though and when i tried it again
it didnt let me and i tried reloading fortnite back up i tried to buy them again but it didnt let me after 30minutes later i tried it worked but i had $30.28 in my in xbox and then i went back into were u buy the vbucks and when i went on there i had $3.18
left i waited for 2hours and then i didnt get my vbucks.

my question: can i get my money from my gift card back so i can try it back please.

I did what you told me and even restarted the game many times but my vbucks number never changed. Anything else i can do to receive my vbucks?
