My power supply

I have some problem with my power supply. i choose energy saving mode and when I plugged in power supply show on orange light and then I turn on change to white light . But now when I plugged in power supply show white light about 10 seconds and then change
to orange and I turn on show on white light.

my problem is why power supply show on white light before ( I use energy saving mode)it should be start with orange light . I notice that it happened after I update my console in November

i have a strange noise coming from my power supply and i have left it turned off for over 24 hours and now i have turned it back on it is still making this strange noise like it is summit too do with the motor is there any suggestions please too what it
might be and how to resolve it thanks very much appreciated.

I'm pretty sure when first plugged in my one has always briefly displays a white light and then turns orange.

Power supply displays a solid white or a solid orange light: Your power supply is working and your console is receiving power.



In regards to your question, the power-supply must power up and initialize during that time the indicator may change colors.
