My power supply Xbox one

I have some problem with my power supply. i choose energy saving mode and when I plugged in power supply show on orange light and then I turn on change to white light . But now when I plugged in power supply show white light about 10 seconds and then change
to orange and I turn on show on white light. my problem is why power supply show on white light before ( I use energy saving mode)it should be start with orange light . I notice that it happened after I update my console in November

My xbox 360 power supply isnt work and in my country nobody sell the power supply; Just is avaible the xbox one power supply.

This is the question; ¿The xbox one power supply works perfectly on my xbox 360 ? Please answer for buy it if work!! ;D

It could be down to the update, I don't think you have a major problem, You mention when you plug in the power supply it does take 10 seconds for the safety cut out switch to activate, As long as they are not flashing you should be alright, Yours is the
first I have seen with this I will have a look around see if I can find some info on this.

I would also make sure you have the plug right in an outlet and not a surge protector

That's normal. It happens t me and my brothers console. When you unplug it stays orange for 10/seconds then no light. Then when pluged back in it goes white and sounds like fan coming on for like 5 seconds then back to orange.

I know that the original Xbox One has an external power supply. But my Xbox One X has an internal power supply.

The power supply should always have a light on it.

Orange light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is off

White light on power supply/no light on Xbox One = Xbox One is in standby (charge controllers, download updates, etc.)

White light on power supply/white light on Xbox One = Xbox One is on

Thanks for your post. Use this guide: Xbox One Power Supply Solution to troubleshoot your Xbox One's power supply. If the power supply is
making a noise it could be an internal fan that could have something lodged in it or ringing from one of the power supply's capacitors. If this issue persists or gets worse, the power supply may need replacement.

It sounds like you need to reset your power supply.

Now, if that doesn’t work, it may be time to replace your power supply. I purchased a refurbished one from Amazon. My Xbox works like new, now.
