My power supply light remains Orange and will not power my Xbox One console

I was playing on my Xbox One one afternoon and in the middle of a game, the console just shut down on me. Nothing else powered down or even flickered - not My laptop, the PS4, the TV, the wall lights or anything else, just the Xbox One that decided to turn
off. I checked the power supply, and the light was orange. I unplugged it, waited a couple minutes, then plugged it back in. Still orange, and the Xbox wouldn't come on. I left the power supply and the wall power plug unplugged over night and tried it the
next day - still orange. Figuring my power supply was dead, I ordered a new one using Microsoft Support and tried it as soon as I received it yesterday. This NEW power supply is orange too. I tried both power supplies, old and new, on every plug in the house
- they were both still orange. Nothing is working, and yet I don't have a single electrical problem with any other device I have in the entire house. Could it be I just randomly got another bum power supply from Microsoft?

Xbox one won't turn on

After multiple tries unplugging power supply xbox won't turn on and LED light remains orange

 

Still 3 flashing red lights

My console died in the middle of gaming and flashed 3 red lights. I tried all of the steps suggested for 3 flashing lights that the support website/this forum suggested. My power supply light remained orange. My warranty is long expired, but I sucked it
up and bought a new power supply. I was happy that it shipped quickly. It arrived today, and I excitedly plugged everything in, but only to have the same error remain. I've tried unplugging and replugging everything in to different outlets, but my 360 remains
at 3 red lights and an orange power light. Any suggestions?
