    My points won't transfer


    My xbox live rewards points won't transfer to my xbox I have been waiting since april 17th

    I have 15000 points and I really need them now!

    My points won't transfer!

    Credits are scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are
    deposited by the 15th if the next month. So since yours have been pending since April 17, they would be scheduled to deposit the middle of this month.

    I have 15000 points and I have been waiting since april 17 for them to transfer and they still haven't and I really need them!

    Kepe in mind that credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. If you see an error that is preventing your deposits, or some other issue, you will want to post in the support section of this forum
    in order for support to check into it for you. There is no way to have the credits deposited any earlier than what is scheduled.

    You won't be able to transfer stuff such as Gamerscore, Gold Memberships, and MS Points from one account to another

    I am having the same problem. I've tried each ammount and it won't transfer anything. Goes all the way through and says it was granted but their MS points stay the same.
