My points were not converted to my account

    I have 52600 points on my rewards account they should have been deposited in the 15th and I actually believe I should have more but I may be mistaken but anyway I would like this resolved as quickly as possible please as I would like to use my points to
    make a purchase thank you

    Point's Haven't Converted Yet

    I had over 5000 points in my rewards account prior to September 30th, but they still haven't converted and posted to my Microsoft account. I thought they were converted on the 30th of the month. Wondering why they still haven't converted.

    Still have microsoft points in my account?!

    Hopefully i can finally get an answer to this, as the past times i have not.

    I would like to know how i can use the 80 microsoft points on my account that were not converted, or at least i would like them to be converted. I dont know if it was from a promotion or xbox rewards, i would just like these 80 points in my account. Can
    someone verify that there is still 80 points in my account as well as my current MS balance?

    Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you get to 5,000 pending credits. Generally, if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the
    next month. So if you got to 5,000 after December 1, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 29th.

    If you log into your account on xbox.com and go to my account and log in you should see it in the top right corner of the screen if not then you may need to pm xbox support live chat and have them check in to your account for you.

    I have found that you will see your balance when you go to purchase something. It should give you the option of using a payment method such as a credit card, or using your account balance. I am not sure why it does not show your account balance now, like
    it showed your point balance, but you should have no problem purchasing things now.
