Accumulated Microsoft Points decreased

I've never had those rewards and there's nothing to suggest my points would go down in my purchase history :S

Have you gained any MS Points through promotions (Xbox Rewards, Bing Rewards, etc)? Those MS Points have an expiry period, and will be remove after a certain time. It's only MS Points that you purchase that are permanent.

If the above is not the case, check your purchase history for any unusual purchases.

What offers are you looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Well i bought at least 10 games this year pre orders xbox live renewals invited a friend nothing at all i already have 1 star but still havent received anything.

Hello That Guy Pugh,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
Your purchases in November have promoted you, but we only calculate payback on a monthly basis and place it as pending midway through the following month, so it is too early to see payback for those purchases.

We do not see any referrals coming to or from your account, so you do not qualify for any referral offers. Furthermore, we do not give Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. If you see any offers for this, let us know with a new post, so we can remove this
outdated information.

If you don't mean Microsoft rewards points, please give more information

Remember that despite accumulating the points every month, at some point everything you accumulate in your account can be restarted so be on the lookout to spend your points and not lose them
