Have more than enough pending points. Did not deposit on the 30th of December

I have 52,250 points pending in my account and I'm wondering when they'll be deposited. I've had them since the end of last month and expected them to be deposited in my account on the 30th but they're still pending

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credits were placed on the 17th, they should be deposited midway through November.

I cannot tell when you reached the 5000 points mark (or eventually made an early deposiot request) but remember that if you have reached 5000 or more by the end of last month, those should be converted by the 15th of this month.

If you reach 5000 points between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you reach 5000 points between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

As an example, last month I got to 5250 on the 12th and got the deposit on the 29th.

If you have been waiting for more than what I explained, then support will have to look into it.

So they would be scheduled for deposit at the end of the month since you got them after the 1st.

There was also no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month was scheduled for the 9th.

That scheduled for the 9th did not work I had 250 points when I click we on early deposit but still not deposit now I have to wait until 31st for the points part of me is glad rewards are going it's been down since you started wiping out VIP ranks, now it
gets replaced with rubbish ms rewards which most rewards are not for xbox gamers
