My points are not showing in my rewards program

gamer tag richard.riley1 have 6,000 and some points on xbox but none show up in your system please help me fix the issue

why am i not getting any of my points and why does the rewards program not recognize my gold status I pay the 9.99 a month.

I purchased a game today and points are not showing in my account

Rewards mission

I was wondering why the rewards credits are not showing up in my account for the rewards mission. I spent $60 before tax like the mission explains. The credits are not showing as pending. I feel that any purchase should get rewards points.

The 6,000+ points you're seeing on the Xbox is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. The program does not award credits based on gamerscore.

You can view your current Credit amount from the MyRewards page. As Smwutches says, your gamerscore is not your current Credit amount.

The 6,000+ points you're seeing on the Xbox is your gamerscore, not Rewards credits. The program does not award credits based on gamerscore.

The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site about 96 hours after you redeemed them.

The 3,428 points you're referring to are from the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox Rewards program. Those are separate.

Remember that points are rewarded in 96 hours...

So i suggest to wait... but, if the time is already gone, try to contact the official support

96 hours was how long it took for rewards credits to show pending in the Xbox Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program does not work the same way. Also, Xbox support does not handle either program.

Sorry had meant to say Xbox Live Rewards program, don't know why I said Halo rewards... Perhaps because of the fiasco with the specialization codes.
