    Problem with my points account.

    Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I am having problems with my accounts balance.

    Recently i was at a friends house, I downloaded my GamerTag and decided to buy a game on the Arcade. I was told that I had to change my account balance from points to currency since my friend is using the new beta dashboard which was fine until I went back
    to my own 360. The Beta dashboard sign up had since closed and I am now left pointless. I also had a card with 2100 points on which I redeemed. It said that it worked fine but I still have an account balance of 0.

    What can be done about this? can I be put on the Dashboard beta or can my Xbox account balance be transferred back to MS points?.

    There is currently a service alert that coincides with your exact problem. You can view the service alert page
    HERE. Once the problem has been resolved on that page, you should be all set and back to normal.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
