My playstation thinks it's connected to my account but isnt

May I know exactly the error message you're getting from Minecraft Dungeons when you try to link your account bank?

If it's no more than 24 hours since you unlink it, you may need to wait at least 24 hours and try linking again. Make sure to sign out and sign in of the game and restart your device.

Like I said originally, I'm aware that once you link a microsoft account it is permanently linked to that playstation account. There has never been a microsoft account connected to my playstation account. There has actually never been a microsoft account connected at all to the playstation I'm using.

Thank you for the reply. Does that mean that if my Microsoft account is linked to a PlayStation account it will appear on this page?

There's nothing there anyway, which I think confirms that my Microsoft account is not linked to a PlayStation account.

I am having the same problem he is. I am trying to connect my Xbox one minecraft account to my new PlayStation 5 account and it is saying the account is already connected to a PlayStation network account when I have never even owned a PlayStation. How do I unlink the account? And how would I know what account is even linked?

Thank you for the information as I was asking this due to seeing older posts that others had asked about the same/similar issues as mine when it came to the signing in issues. But if there is nothing that can be done I will try the 3rd party developers.
