    My Play and Charge Kit stoped showing me if the controller is charging or not. Neither...


    I played almost every day for the past 60 days. only charged the battery maybe 6 or 7 times. It lasts for about a whole week. the only problem I have is not knowing when it is fully charged. I don't know if this will progress into something worse, thats
    why I want to do something now.

    On the tv screen I noticed the charging icon stoped doing the charging animation of filling up the battery from left to right. Now it just shows a cable on the left side of the battery.

    I updated the controller on the accessories settings and it didn't solve the problem.

    I bought the kit around 60 days ago. Can I get another cable or kit with warranty?

    No it is not a play and charge kit mine is a dreamgear charge kit. And yes i tried different USB charges but the thing is that the battery is fully charged but my controller ain't working with it

    Not via a play and charge kit. The play and charge kit simply charges the gamepad it doesn't turn it into a wired controller.

    The Online Chat support told me Microsoft stoped supporting the accessory in question this same month when i got my problem. (June 2020) No longer can you take it up with microsoft. They gave me a phone number and told me to ask for help in the costumer
    service that my own country has for microsoft products in hopes there is a fix for the issue.

    @RagMan85 Do you keep you controller connected to the console via play n' charge kit. It may stay on to charge the controller. This is what happens to me, but I disconnect the play n' charge kit before it turns off so it wont do this.
