My Pins won't stay in order

Title says it all. My pins won't stay in the order I place them in, what's up with that or what am I doing wrong?

xbox one rearrange pins not in the right order

Ok so my pins always worked fine until the last few days. Now I can pin something to my home, and rearrange it where I want it to be. It won't move. Until I load something (game or app) when I press the home button and go back to my pins, they have moved
and rearrange themselves all over the place, not in the order I placed them. I have to continuously do this and it never stay in the order. please help why is this happening and how do I fix it, otherwise my pins scattered randomly every time its annoying.

 

Feb Update: Pins won't stay put?

I love that we can now re-arrange pins manually on the dashboard. I also love that they're now available offline (please add this to Xbox 360).

But for some reason, when I re-arrange my pins, they won't stay put. I'll arrange them, go do something else on the dash and when I go back to pins they're just completely in a random different arrangement. Anyone else having this issue?

 

Same here. I move them by selecting with Y and dropping with A. When I go back they are scrambled again.

 

Guys, after reorganize your pins, refresh the dashboard by hitting LT + RT +Y at the same time to see if it works

 

I tried the dashboard refresh after reorganizing my pins. The refresh just immediately scrambled them up again, I actually tried it twice. So I guess I'll have to continue looking into it. The thing that's odd is I'm not noticing any pins of apps moving.
Just my game pins and Forza Hub.

 

Same here. Pins will not keep their order after the update, though at least this should be one easy fix for MS, it worked last week after all!

 

Today I tried deleting all my pins and then adding them back to the home page. I sorted them like I wanted them and so far they've stayed in that order. I still don't have them all back on the home page but I intend to add them slowly. I'll post an update.

 

i cant even pin anything at all anymore. not since the dashboard update.

 

I've had no more issues with my pins getting scrambled since I deleted them and added them back. I've added quite a few more and everything is fine. I'll add all the rest back soon but at this point I'm pretty confident that my issues were corrected with
the deletions.

 

Added all of them back and I've had no further problems, issue resolved IMO.
