    my pictures are black?!


    I hope someone can help me. After I reset(keeping games&apps) my Xbox One, I wanted to play the last Quest from Randolph and get his last sword, then I went to a camp and looking to the picture's Prompto made and THERE came the surprise. All picture's were
    black, except the new one. What can I do? Must I restart my game?!

    hello i plugged in my camera into my xbox and all my pictures are on it, does anyone know how i can make one of those pictures, my gamer picture?

    Gamerpicture Not Showing Up

    I had purchased the "MLG Gameplay Roles Pic Pack" on 10/3/2011...I changed my gamer picture to the bait picture. So every time I log in to xbox.com or my other profile--it shows the Nin-jump picture with the guy laughing instead of my MLG picture. Why isn't
    my gamer picture changing? change gamer picture and personal picture are the bait MLG picture. Same with my bio, I might change my bio on xbox.com--then when I log on to my xbox--the bio is not changed.

    Screen fading, then going out completely.

    Oh and I guess it's worth noting that when the picture goes black, if I hit the MENU button on my TV remote control, the picture comes back (dimmer than normal), but it fades to black after 10 seconds at the most.

    I'm using a virgin media box and my picture is fine. But when I switch off my xbox and turn it on later my tv picture is frozen or black so I have to do a hard reboot.

    Thanks for the tip, but it still refreshed to just a black square. I also tried re-installing. It has a picture in "My Games and Apps", but the issue seems to be the store also is missing the cover picture.
