    My phone doesn't work on my MS account


    Hello, for some reason my phone number stopped working on this account. When I try to purchase something, it doesn't allow me to. It only says "Contact Microsoft support, there's a problem processing your payment" (or something like that), I already did
    that for about 4 times still no results to this day. I was promised to get this issue resolved by someone at Microsoft, but I didn't receive an email - simply no response. I was told that, I should contact my mobile phone provider but my provider said that
    they don't track any connection with any app or store so, I know there's a problem on Microsoft's side. I'm really annoyed to be honest with you. How can a giant company like Microsoft have such a useless support that doesn't resolve anything? Smh.

    What was it that you were trying to purchase?

    Have you tried to make the purchase from an Xbox console or from a personal computer / tablet?

    Have you spoken to an Actual Xbox Live support agent? (See steps below to set up a call back)

    See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Hello Tonik,

    Was there a payment that didn't go through, or was declined? This would cause that error to come up. As Felixx suggested its best to contact support, they will be able to look into the account itself and see what the issue is.

    It still doesn't work for my account. Sames error "There was an error retrieving your purchase history. Please sign out and try again"

    If I use another account I have it works. However MS Flight DLC is on the account the doesn't.
