My Personal Xbox wont connect to the wifi.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to connect to your wireless network.

Is your console able to connect to any other network [such as a mobile hotspot]? Its possible that not only the distance may play a factor but the environment [such as passive or active interfernece] that in between your console and your network hardware.

Have you ever experienced network issues with your console before? Its possible you may just need to perform a

power cycleon your console.

I would recommend using the article that covers
troubleshooting your Xbox One network connection and see if some of the troubleshooting techniques here work for you.

My xbox wont connect to my wifi but my phone and everything is goood

i can enter the password for the wifi then it will show the citcle loding as its connecting but it just wont connect. I have gone through all the guides on the xbox website but to no avail. My phone however is still connected to the wifi

I accidently misspelled my husbands password on his xbox one and now it wont let me sign in and wont read the wifi connection.. Can anyone help???

Xbox turns on. But wont connect immediately. And when it does connect i still cant run anything involving internet. I know my wifi’s fine because i can stream from my smart tv, and from my phone off the wifi, so its strictly the xbox
