My Permanently Suspended Account

Incorrect. Multiple support agents I’ve talked to have told me that after a specific period of time, all purchases on a permanently suspended account will become inaccessible. Either way, there should be a way to remotely set your home console, instead of only
an option to remotely remove it from a console.

As for the other posts, without a proper investigation there is no way to be sure if the friend I was gamesharing with is or is not the person who tanked my account. I ran through a compromised account checklist/listing provided by a support agent and found
my account recovery phone number was changed without my knowledge. So that all comes down to the enforcement team being LAZY and not taking my case review inquiry seriously. Regardless, this friend never had access to my Xbox account password, I did all the
setup to swap home consoles, but because it didn’t work unless my account was present on their console I had to keep it there, under specific barriers, to gameshare. Because my account was there, I’m sure it displayed the account email, which could easily be
compromised if anyone saw it during my friend’s live-streaming schedule. My question (also unanswered) is what could this person have possibly done to get my account perma-banned instantly instead of a temporary ban or communications suspension?

 

In order for your account recovery phone number to be changed they would have had to of:

1. At the very least had access to the current security proof on your account and the password on your account because in order to change that security proof they would have received a text/email with a security code to verify ownership of the account to
make that change.

2. Like I said in my post just because you "had to keep your account on his xbox" does not mean that you could not have set it so that it automatically signed your account in when it went to sign in on his xbox you can set it so that it asked for your password
each time or a series of button pushes each time. So your account was still not secure on his xbox which is YOUR responsibility for keeping your account secure.

When you sign in at enforcement.xbox.com and under your enforcement history what does it say for the reason that your account was permanently suspended normally it will give you what part of the code of conduct you violated.

Permanent account suspensions & Xbox Live content

In most cases, a permanent Xbox Live account suspension does not remove your games or purchases. Any previously-downloaded games, apps, or features that can be used in an offline mode will still be accessible to the suspended account. However, any
content or features that require online services will not be usable by the account, such as the ability to purchase new content and, without a designated home Xbox One console, the ability to re-download content through other accounts.

If the account had a designated home Xbox One console, most of the suspended account’s content will still be accessible to other accounts on that home Xbox. This includes the ability to download updates, re-download content, and use content online.
Keep in mind that consumable game content, any Microsoft account balance, and premium subscription services are not transferable from the suspended account and will not be accessible to other accounts.

For example, if you purchased and installed a game to your home Xbox before receiving a permanent account suspension, your suspended account can still play the game offline if it has a supported offline mode. Other accounts present on your home
Xbox can continue to access the game’s full online functionality. If another game was downloaded to your home Xbox but deleted prior to the permanent account suspension, other accounts present on the console can re-install the game to the home Xbox from the
suspended account’s game library.
