    Hi,

    So my account Kenshi B was permanently banned due to my Cousin always playing on that account when I was working, always sending abusive messages or being horrible to other players online. I didn't realize after going onto that account and finding my account
    permanently banned, I submitted a file case review a while ago, and it still got rejected.

    I honestly don't know what else I can do. When you have bought so many things on that account, games, packs, accessories, and most importantly losing all your game progress, achievements, I had so much on that account, I had that account for 7-8 years, so
    you can imagine how upset, annoyed and angry I am, after going through numerous chats with Xbox Support, sending me backwards and forth telling me I need to add (Kenshi B) to my account that isn't banned () because it's a child account and I can't
    submit case reviews from a childrens account EVEN THOUGH one was already submitted, after being told that today that I can't submit another one, so I have to post on here instead hoping that someone can understand where I am coming from?

    I no longer have contact with my Cousin and he no longer uses my accounts for anything (as you can imagine) I just really want another chance to have my account Kenshi B back, I have spent so much money, hours on that account from it to be ripped away from
    me when it wasn't even my doing, I agree it might be my fault for letting my cousin onto my account, but I had no idea what he was doing until it was too late. Safe to say I have learned from that mistake.

    Please if anyone could just see how sincere I am and that I want my Kenshi B account back, it would be really helpful, I have spoken to so many staff on Xbox Support and I have tried so much to get it back only for it to be thrown back in my face after getting
    told one thing and then another.

    I have also been asked to give this number out as a quote hoping someone from the enforcement team will be able to read it and re-think my account and un-ban it as a Belated Birthday present: [Mod Removed]

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. If you have already submitted a case review and it was upheld, there is nothing further you can do. The enforcement team do not use the forums or have
    contact with official support. They can only be addressed on the enforcement site.

    Your account is your responsibility at all times.

    i play 2k also, i have 2k21 and i was gonna get 2k22 but i decided not to for no particular reason lol but I don't know what you mean by lvl 40? the only rank i know of is on team control and player control and highest i got was college.. Unless you're talking about my player? i don't play that mode because no real reason tbh but yea bro i hope it's not permanently banned either because i invested too much money into my account buying games and dlc.. Also the money I earned on gta online since the beginning and red dead online since the beginning too, i really hope im not banned because if i am? i will sell this series x and go pc.. i had my account since 2007 and to start over after putting in 15 years? im not doing it.. so please fix this soon xbox

    Repeated accounts would be the cumulative amount of suspensions you've had during the lifetime of your account. So yes, the ones from 2 years ago would stack with the 1 from this year. There is no cool down period.

    Ok this has to be a glitch or something like you said because my last suspension occur in 2018.. There is nothing in my enforcement history that took place this year and i read community standards and i was wondering how does repeated reports work? It stated that you get permanently banned for repeated reports but do the reports from 2 years ago stack with one from this year? like is there a cool down? I mean like i said my last suspension was in 2018.. it's 2022 now but sorry im finished after this question and to be clear im trying to find out if it's a cool down after you complete a suspension, especially after not getting suspended since 2018 in December all the way to 2022 January.. It didn't state specifically how repeated reports work.

    i have just been permanently banned after 15 years of gaming with my account that i bought games on within those years, and i didn't get a notification for why i was banned or option to revert the ban.. no im not the cleanest player communication wise but i don't get repeated reports and most reports are of me replying to someone that cursed at me.. Other then that i am a clean player gaming wise as in i don't cheat or use mods.. i can understand a suspension for a week or so but a permanent ban? i have so many games i bought with my hard earned money to lose it all and i don't even know why? i had my account since 2007, so the least you can do is reply to a customer who been using your service for that long.. Hopefully this is some kind of glitch like the other people above me said because this isn't fair at all, if it's true.. i just want my account back, ban me from communication forever if anything.. don't ban my account and i can't play my games or watch my tv apps i paid for.. So please reply or tell me what to do because 15 years of being your customer should mean something and you should as in the Microsoft family should look into something like this being im a loyal customer for over a decade.. PLEASE HELP 😥
