My pen drive don´t work

I used my pen drive to do a backup of my xbox console , but now he does´t work on my pc .

Please help me!

I can`t find the spot "Blocked account", the page changed since it`s outlook now !!! I`m travelling and can`t play, even with the PEN DRIVE.

HI all,

I dont have internet access in the my house but do at work, is it possible to download content for games onto a pen drive for instance and then install it via the xbox's USB drive.

e.g. I have Batman AC and would like to download additional costumes, could this be done via a PC then transferred to the console??

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Are you attempting to utilizing the games on this flash drive on your computer? Are you intending to use the flash drive for media and storage instead? The flash drive needs to be in NTFS format for the
Xbox, or FAT32 for media and storage. The article entitled
How to Format a Flash Drive will provide steps on how to change the format. The flash drive will have all of it's content removed if it is formatted. Be sure to let us know the results!

You would need to reformat the flash drive to work for the PC. Once you configure it for use on the Xbox, it is only meant to be used on the Xbox unless you reformat it.

Important Back up or transfer any files on your flash drive before starting this procedure. The contents of the flash drive will be deleted during the reformat process.

1. Plug the USB drive into a PC that's running Windows.
2. Open File Explorer.
3. Right-click Removable Disc (or USB Drive) in the left pane.
   
4. From the pop-up menu, select Format.

   File system is set to FAT32.

Hey Eduardo thanks for staying in touch!

The reason the pc doesn't recognize it is because when the USB is formatted for the console (NTFS) it recognizes that "language" not the PC's
(FAT32) so the best course of action would be to Re-Format the drive back to FAT32 since that would fix it. Try to restart the PC and try it again if that doesn't help try a different device to see if we can narrow this to a software or hardware issue! Let
us know how it goes!!
