    my pc game will not install


    I tried to install jewels of rome from the microsoft store

    no sign of it in any folder or the desktop

    but using check updates i get a message that suggests the laptop is trying to install and trouble shoot 2 completely different games I did not select

    I wanted jewels of rome on my laptop not an xbox

    where is it ?

    its not under ready to install theyre not in the store on my xbox or my pc but they are in my games section on my pc but there is no install option

    When I goto install a game on the pc that is on my xbox account it asks me to select what device but it doesnt have my pc as a device on there. How do I select my pc as a device/set up my pc to be a device.
    Not all games are compatible with cross platform.

    Can you give details on the game that you are trying to install?

    If PC, load it up in the Windows store - does it show purchased?
