My PC game pass doesn't work.

I had paid PC game pass for 1 month on 3/2/2023 and I can play it normally until today I can't play anything. it said like I didn't have PC game pass and then I check on my Microsoft account I still have it on my account but in Xbox app does not

Anyone can help figure it out?

Fixed it!!
I go to my Microsoft account, link https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and Click Manage your PC game pass then cancel the subscription. after that my xbox app and Microsft store was update and I can play normally until the end of this month 'cause I cancel it but its okay I'll re-subscript this anyway.

Hope this will help someone that got a same problem like me.

Log out and log back in already but still can't download or play anything game. It show me like this when I'm about to download

I'm sure its the same account on website and Microsoft Store

I click download (Green button)

And this happen. It show like this but I already subscripted.

If it's active, please open the Microsoft Store app, log out of your account from there then log back in. Use the Microsoft Store app to install or play any games from Game pass and let me know if it works.

Game Pass Core would pretty much be useless on a PC. It's primarily to allow you to play games online, which is not required for that on PC. Core doesn't have as many games included with it as PC Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate and only a few of those might work on PC.
