my pc crashed when i try to download a game

so, I tried to download a game called "unpacking" through the Xbox app, (i don't know if its that game specifically that's the problem) and a few moments afterward my PC crashed and restarted 3 times; BSOD appeared with the stop code of "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" 3 times in a row so it showed a help screen (every time after the restart it just crashed again without me doing anything)

After that, I tried to do the "startup settings" option (picked 5 for safe mode) so I tried to uninstall a few things in safe mode, but that didn't work (kept crashing again), so I tried to do the troubleshooting with the "system restore" option in the BSOD help screen, that worked, it didn't crash.

I'm pretty much giving up on the game at this point, but I still want to know what the problem is, and what would happen if I tried any other game? is it my laptop or just the game? or maybe something else?

this crashing only happened when I tried to download a game from the box app, everything else is fine.

screen shot the outcome, it should narrow the issue down to a specific item or driver and then we can possibly resolve this. The program lists any blue screen errors and show a breakdown of the dump file.

When I play alone my game does'nt crash. I try reboot several times but the game crash again. (the problem only appears on PC, on Xbox the game never crash)

when i try to dowload my xbox clips to my pc it crash at 98 % still having problems

There's a lot of things that will cause MC to crash, sometimes it's completely random and sometimes it's when the game can't handle what you are doing (like purposely trying to lag the game) or in my case i downloaded some mods and shaders from mcpedl
and if i try to load a game with them it crashes

I know what a BSOD is thanks...And how am I to screenshot when it crashes my pc? its a BSOD not a simple error. Im not going to force my pc into another one thanks. It is not a hardware fault as it only happens when I try to download something from the xbox app, nothing else causes a BSOD. Im very sure my hardware is fine, I know my pc. Its on the Xbox side.
