My paypal wont let me pay unless I have a balance

You need to contact paypal, as they can tell you exactly why thise tra sactions didnt work. I suggest using your card to add money to your balance and pay from there. If you attempting to bypass region restrictions that wont go far

Have the same problem, tried to pay with my paypal account and got that message, so i tried to add a new credit card and it wont even let me do that

My situation is that I want to pay a month of Xbox Live with the balance of the gift card, I had used this method to pay my first month, I have no bank card, my first month was also with a gift card, now that I have enough balance will not let me redeem
a month more , shows me a message that say that there is a pending situation with the service, designed to direct me to pay and facturation, there is red the subscription to Xbox Live and game pass, are suspended because you can not charge because I have no
bank card or PayPal account And do not let me pay with my Microsoft balance, or cancel so that I do not leave those records and can pay back as the first time.

Unless things have changes recently, then I'm pretty sure you can't pay for subscriptions using your account balance unfortunately.

You'll need to pay with either credit or debit card, or PayPal.

To pay past due balances you must use a credit card or paypal to pay the balance. If that still doesn't let you pay the balance you will need to contact billing support at support.xbox.com/contact-us
