My PayPal purchases is not working

Hi there!

What exactly is the error message you get there?

- Try to purchase from the console and from the Microsoft Store website.
- Be sure to update your billing information through https://account.microsoft.com > Payment & billing > Address.
- On Payment options section, try to re-add your payment method.
- Lastly, try a different payment method.

is there any Admin/Mod here in this forum ? or it's just a dead zone ? strange

My country isn't allowed in PayPal, but i'm using my sister's PayPal, which made from Spain. I asked her to use the PayPal to purchase, but it didn't work either.

What to do now ??????????????????????

I use paypal to purchase my bc games. Debit card will work too.

Also, if you have a PayPal Account linked to your GamerTag & your friend tries to use their PayPal Details, It won't work... Only the PayPal Account, linked to your Gamertag, will work for purchases on Live etc..

My problem is with purchasing, downloaded Assasin's Creed II just fine.

Billing Address' all match

Credit Card is fine

Have tried making the purchase late last night and today

I've tried it with Paypal, still won't go through.

- yes the paypal account has funds

- yes I've tried 2 different Paypal's

- yes the addresses match

- yes it the same Paypal I used for my Gold Subscription

- yes I've used my Paypal for other (ebay) purchases, works just fine

I've tried to purchase other titles, still won't let me, and I get the same error with any payment method. It took the CC# for my Gold just fine, then ten minutes after when I went to download Skyrim,....... error.
