    Xbox has locked my mastercard and it does not work to purchase.

    Currency doesnt transfer between regions andnsubscriptions require a reoccuring payment option like the previous poster said

    Only option dor one time payment is peepaid subzcription cards which are now regoin locked

    i already paid, hence why i'm a Gold member right now. i had a prepaid gift card which ran out of money and i got suspended. once i put my new card on, i was released from my suspension & my prepaid gift card automatically removed itself from my account.

    oh really? that's weird, because i remember having a credit card on my account about a year ago, and once i bought some membership, i was able to remove my card on xbox.com.

    i guess they want us to call cs now. that's kinda lame. :/

    it sounds like you have an "outstanding balance exists on this payment instrument" and should probably call cs and pay your bill. then when you pay what you owe, cs can cancel the subscription and remove the credit card for you.
