    Lol at the new update status!!! Currently engaged?!? Lol in what??? What is it you're engaged in? Please let us know! We are all curious as to what you have been up to for the past 6 hours. My patience is gone! This is pathetic! Did the tech people go home
    for the day and these generic update messages are standard protocol until they return to work the following business day?

    Patience is the key here, some things have gone wonky but I am sure it will sort out soon.

  3. Losing. My. Patience.

    First and foremost, thanks Microsoft. I swear, every time I turn around, I'm having a new problem. I can't just get home after a long day of work, hop on my Xbox and play. Sometimes it freezes. Other times it doesn't want to read discs (like 1% of the time
    though). The console loves to shut off on its own here and there. But these are problems I've learned the live with. My current freakin' problem is ever since the last freakin' update my console's been crap. At least on the last update it was frozen for HOURS.
    Then I had to "reset it" but I was able to keep all my games installed (THANKFULLY). This time, I cannot. THIS TIME I'm forced to completely reset it and lose countless hours of downloaded games. While I have not done that yet, I'm hoping there's a way around
    it. Error code is freakin' E102 00000C12 8007045D. I am far beyond annoyed, and no, my console's not under warranty. No, I really do not want to send in my console for repair based on the assumption I'll be paying for shipping and to get it fixed as well as
    waiting weeks or even months. And yes, I have taken good care of it. I cannot believe this.

    My patience is gone

    Quite often a hard reboot will also resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.
