My password is being changed constantly, what do I do?

The best option for you is delete all the current / leaked alias and create a new one following this guide:

After that, go to your Microsoft account security page

Then change the password and use a stronger password. (You can use a keychain or password generator for this purpose)

Finally, go to advanced security options and delete the unknowns emails / update your security emails and phones;

Enable two steps verification and add an authenticator app. In that way you should not receive this message or the possibilities to be hacked again are going to be reduced to almost zero
