My partys and messanges dont work

Hey guys

I had some questions

2 weeks ago I get an accbann for 2 weeks yesterday the bann was over. Today I go in a party and it says that my onlinedatesettings block the communication with other People but the settings are all open. I cant go in partys or send messages
with an acc on my console but a friends can send messages with my acc and I can play online with my friends. What could it be ?

Can you verify your current NAT type while trying to use party chat? Often these errors are caused when the NAT type is Strict rather than Open, which can typically be resolved by reconfiguring your network. If you're using the Xbox (Beta) App you can also
submit feedback after encountering this issue and we'll investigate this further if you determine it is not a NAT type issue.

Mic dont work in the partys

Hello,

i want to speak in the Party Chat with my friens on the XBOX App on Win10 but my friends dont hearing me and i dont hearing my freinds .

I use an adapter because my headset have only one plug and a PC need the green and the rosa plug.

On skype it works with the adapter and i can watch the Gameclips and the sound comes from the headset.

Also what is it that the Mic dont work?

Go to
Sign in to your Microsoft account
look under "Security info helps keep your account secure" and make sure they have a phone and email listed.

If any are missing please add them. If Any ARE listed delete and re-add them. And Save Changes.

Then Restart Console Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide. Select Settings. > Select Restart console. > Select
Yes to confirm.

Once the Console Has restarted you should be able to send messages.
