My party chat isn't working after a 24 hour communication suspension

hi, my recent 24 hour communication suspension just ended about an hour and a half ago and i have my privileges back but i cant hear anybody in party or game chat. I talked to support but i got disconnected so im posting this here.

This was a know issue, but was supposed to be worked out. Check out this post and see if any of the suggestions work for you.

after the 24 hrs, 6 hrs after ban lifted, still cannot communicate via party chat.

hola, a mi me ha pasado lo mismo, además con las mismas fechas. el 7 de Octubre se me quitó el baneo desde el día 1 y sigo sin poder hablar.... puedo hacer todo lo demás pero no puedo hablar.... se enciende circulito pero no me oye nadie
