    My parental advisory code is locked on a password thath i dont know. i think somebody is **** away. i will be happy to get ann answer or something because sudenly it happent. i can play games like spiderman 12 years but not my cfavorite skyrim 18. bu GTA
    5 is OK,because i think it was before someone made ann parental advisory joke on me. i will be very happy for support. please email me. i hope microsoft can help me somehow.

    i dont know my parental password and my friends parents gave me this account about a year ago.but they dont know nothing about the password or email so is thier a to remove parental settings?

    my count is locked i got it to work for a bit then i got tierd and went to bed when i woke up turned on the xbox one

    it said my password was incorrect i reset my password a few times now it says my acount is locked all i know is i need help and i dont know how to get

    You are going into Parental Advisory there mate, Most adults supervise their children, If a child is Playing a game rated above their age then chances are their Parents either dont know the game or have cleared the game for play for their child,. either
    way it is the parents decision in this.

    Have you set up parental locks to stop purchases without putting in your password or lock code? I set mine up for my daughter when she got an Xbox and so far there has been no purchases, or does your son know your password for the account?
