My paddles for my elite series 2 are unresponsive. The bottom under each paddle clicks but...

Each Elite controller series 2 comes with 1 set of paddles. You can order replacement paddles, thumbsticks etc.

Series 1 paddles, thumbsticks is not compatible with series 2.

We understand that you are trying to use the paddles on Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller because it went unresponsive. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

May we know if you happen to lock the paddles by accident? Try pressing the Pair button

twice and see if issue persist with the paddles. See more information here: Lock the paddles on your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller | Xbox Support. How about checking the left and right trigger lock at the top of the paddles to see if it was locked. May we know if you the controller is updated?

The back paddles just pull off. My Elite Series 1 & 2 are the same.

elite series 2 controllers back paddles won’t work
