My ownership of NHL19

Hi,

I got an ownership of NHL19 last summer with Games with Gold. I had the game downloaded at the moment with EA Access. But now, as I am not a EA Access subscriber anymore, I don't have access to the game. Even though I got it from Games with Gold. I did everything
I could when it was available from this source, but apparently EA access trial period has messed up this. How can I redeem my ownership?

Hello

Anything you own will appear as owned or show in your purchase history. If you can't access it that means you either redeemed it on another account or didn't redeem the gold version at all. Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do now but purchase the
game again.

Have you tried uninstalling the game, then reinstalling?

This is a rip off and false advertising!

It happened to me.

Customer support just stopped my chat.

Price now is higher, even if I get a refund, I will have to pay more for NHL19 now.

Please honor the offer and order we placed, and provide NHL19 as we bought it.

Or is it a scam?
