    My OVERDUE PENDING REWARDS


    my rewards read as pending with a message to update my account billing info, which is correct and which clicking edit then save has no beneficial effect. the xbox 1 support team have also attempted to rectify the problem to no avail. Help please, these points
    are almost 3 months overdue.

    I've had 27,000 rewards credits pending in my account since last week and the date they were to be deposited by was yesterday. Any help on this matter would be appreciated, thank you

    Hi Ace. A deposit was made to your account yesterday. This is not reflected in your Rewards account yet, but you can see it on your Commerce page at Sign in to your Microsoft account.
