    Hey microsoft so my second xbox account has been hacked for a few days,i got it back then he kept trying to get back in so my cousin locked it, and i cant get back in it says “your account has been locked” and im really worried i spent alot of money on the
    account and i want it back its been locked for allmost a week and it said i had on tsv and yall cant do anything but how is it yall service but cant do anything please respond as fast as you can i want my account back

    I know you cannot sign into the account in two different places at the same time. I am saying the account is LOCKED on my xbox, and I cannot sign into live but I am allowed to sign into the account. I can sign on other xbox live accounts just fine. I dunno
    why the account was locked, but it would be nice if it was unlocked?

    Is it possible to transfer an xbox account to another microsoft account or transfer games from there

    When i last time tried to recovery my account support said to me what locked account cannot be recovered and i can try to write to xbox support and transfer xbox account to other account or smth like that :( Okay thank you for help.

    yeah he had to make a new xbox account just to get into support cause his other account is locked out
