Hello, I would like to inquire whether by subscribing to Game Pass Ultimate on one account, the other accounts on my console would be able to access and play Game Pass games as well.

If you set the console as your Home console, then they can. https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/console/my-home-xbox

Only the account that purchased Ultimate will show as owning Ultimate. Any other accounts using the Home console of that account will be able to play online and access any games that account downloads. They will not have access to Game Pass as Game Pass
does not share, but the games downloaded from it do.

I have Game Pass Ultimate, would my Game Pass work on another Xbox with my account? I know other accounts on that Xbox would not be able to use it, but would I be able to?

Game Pass Ultimate Perks are usually account specific content for a game so my guess would be no. It's the same if you get a preorder bonus for a game with your main account: the other account will be able to play the game, but they may not get access
to e.g. an avatar/cosmetic bonus

Are you both using the same console? From what I understand, game sharing needs 2 consoles as each needs to be set as the home console to game share....my guess would be, with only one console, you'd need something like Ultimate Game Pass to be able for other accounts to access the games you own.

At least, that's my understanding but I'm not an expert at consoles or game sharing etc
