My other account was banned permanently

Hello Xbox Community,

My other XBL account was banned permanently and I was wondering if anyone knew how to get this problem resolved?

I was banned permanently without warning for harassment, i never had problems before, I never knew it was such a big deal.

Then BAM! one day i'm permanently banned with no prior warning.

I was never banned before, My "harassment" was not very severe, and I would like to know if there is anyone i can call from Microsoft to talk about this.

My ban is very unjust though in my opinion, I've been told:

1st offense: 1 Day Suspension

2nd - 1 week

3rd - 2 weeks

Egregious - Permanent

I think my sentence should be 1st or 2nd offense worthy, considering it was only extreme arguments once or twice and the rest was just everyday dumb internet fights...

Since I don't think my actions were absolutely dreadful and perma ban worthy, and the XBLPET people won't really tell me the exact messages and explanation on why i was banned, does anyone in the community know of anything I can do to be given a second chance?

If anyone has any ideas or knows of anyone who was unbanned before can you please tell me?

I really need help with this issue and it would be really tragic for me to lose something i have loved and put so much time into.

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or it should tell you on the enforcement site
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

I had my other account banned after I was playing all day then came home from dinner to pema bann no understanding why my account has been banned

There are a lot of behavior reasons an account could be banned, but avatar skin colors achievable only through profile modding are one reason an account would be permanently suspended.

If this is the case, then, I don't see a way out. permanent bans are impossible to reverse on Xbox services (or any other gaming service really)
