    My other account Jeffrey513 just recently got permanently ban on 11/5/2016. I wasn't home for That previous week, I got hacked by someone during that week I wasn't home. My friend said I was doing some strange stuff and playing games that
    I never had before... when I came home I tried to login into my account to play with a couple of my friends an it wouldn't let me login into My account so I looked at my enforcement tab an it said I'm Ban till 12/30/9999????? The person who hacked me got
    me permanently ban from using Xbox live... Is there anyway possible that you could go back through an unban me from Xbox live?? I'll do whatever it takes to get my account Unban from Xbox live... I had so much stuff on that account that I really don't wanna
    lose, or is there anyway that you can transfer my Stuff from that account to a new one I can make!!!! I'll go into my account security and change everything so no one can get in..... If there is anyway you guys can help me that would be amazing!! I really
    don't wanna lose my account...... Hope you guys get to read this asap!! would really mean a lot to me!!!

    I was hacked

    Neutral jupiter69 hacked me he is part of the sorcery clan he is a hacker and hacked my 360 account I got it back though his other hacking account is Evap_sorcery his name is cooper liegey

    HElp me plz ban he hacks ddos's and bans people ban him perma and his whole account entry

    Permanent suspensions are permanent even after you lose your security to another user(s).

    All information is at enforcement.xbox.com/ you'll either have the option to appeal it or it'll be greyed out. If it is greyed out there isn't anything you can do.

    Well if that's the case then I want all my money back that I spent on this system... thats ridiculous that I get banned for someone else hacking into my account an getting m ban for no reason... would be nice if the enforcement team would actually read

    As Squid CA mentioned, you may have the option to submit a Case Review through the enforcement website. The enforcement teams do not visit the forums, they only communicate through the case review process. You can learn more on how to submit a Case Review

    Permanent suspensions are permanent even after you lose your security to another user(s).

    Is there any way I can get in contact with the enforcement team or anyone who deals with bans because I was wrongfully perminatly banned on Xbox

    Is there any other way i I can get in contact with them because they denied my appeal even tho I don’t think I deserve a perma ban maybe like a account ban I’ve only been banned 6 times there’s no way I should be at the level of a perma right? I mean I know my friend said he’s been banned like 15 times and he’s still here so why am I getting a perma ban
