My original xbox one every time i try to work any game after the game intro finish the console turn off and i contact the support they told me to reset it and i did but after i reset also it do the same thing every time i open any game although youtube
works good

Xbox One turning off

My Xbox One began to exhibit this problem has two weeks, every time I start any game on console, it turns itself off after about 5 minutes running the game. But when I'm using any other function or application it works normally. Can someone help me?

My Xbox ONE got E203 Error!

Yesterday I was playing Battlefield
4 and on the loading screen
between one match and another the game
crashed. I went back to the dashboard and
the console froze. I turned off the
console and turn on again. Usually
appeared the intro of the Xbox ONE (startup boot), but
after it was on the console froze in
black screen. I called support
and even advised me to do the
"offline system update diagnostic tool"
and now my console is experiencing the
E203 error shortly after the intro (startup)
of the Xbox ONE! Any solution
except to replace the console??

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test the results.

Not sure that it will help but it is worth a try.

After the update released with the map pack, mine is doing it too. Every time I go into ghosts, it starts up the intro video. I've previously finished the campaign.

I fixed it quite easily

After launching and it wouldn't work trying to load intro video, I went back to xbox home screen and quit/closed the game.

I then signed out of xbox live and started the game again.

It worked getting into the game. After intro video it will ask you to sign in, just sign in and it will work.

This is really annoying, every time I try to get in the game after an update it displays the error code! I am using a digital copy on the console and when I get in the game it shows the same intro screen over and over again and then shows the error code
and goes back the home xbox screen! I am getting really frustrated! Someone needs to address this problem.

This would be great if my console didnt restart every time I try to view my games. This only works if the console is still usable after the error.
